  • An intro counts when the call actually happened, the owner owns or is under contract to buy a home in Greater Orlando that can be rented short term, and hasn’t talked to us in the last 12 months.
  • Fees are paid to your brokerage once a month by ACH, as Florida law requires.
  • The first agent to refer an owner gets credit for 12 months.
